Most of the clip-on style towing mirrors use straps, which could end up blocking the camera built into your mirror. The CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # CM11980-2 has a small tapered clip that will slip into the space between the mirror and its housing and block that tightens down to hold the towing mirror to the factory mirror. We haven't had this newer style of mirror in to test strap-style mirrors so this mounting style is likely going to be the only option.

- It sounds like that is a factory feature. I'm guessing when it detects the LED strip it acts as though a trailer is connected and disables the back up sensor warning automatically. If you were actually hooked up to a trailer the sensor would go off non-stop because the trailer would be right behind you. You can check with a dealer to see if there is a way to change this but there is no aftermarket solution.

- There unfortunately is not a plug and play adapter for your Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. To use the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR you're going to have to just use the universal wiring harness it comes with which is going to require some splicing.
If you want a more "plug-n-play" option you could also use the Curt Echo Wireless Brake Controller # C51180 which just plugs into your 7-way and works the same as any other brake controller.
